COMMUNICATIONS
Bedrooms do not have telephones. Please note that due to the remote location, mobile phone signal may be limited. We would suggest connecting to the Wi-Fi and using services such as WhatsApp to send messages and make calls.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have any dietary requirements such as vegetarian and gluten free please notify the Reservations Department at Noble Caledonia. We will endeavour to accommodate your needs. On arrival please speak to your Tour Leader before dinner on the first night to reconfirm your requirements.

DINING & DRINKING
Breakfast features a buffet selection including a Full Irish breakfast as well as cereals, fruit, pastries and fresh tea and coffee.
Dinner each evening is a set menu featuring fresh locally sourced produce, served in either the Dining Room or the Conservatory with house wine, beer and soft drinks included with each lunch and dinner at the castle.
The castle operates a small open bar with a selection of alcoholic beverages including wines, beers and spirits as well as non-alcoholic options available throughout your stay.
Bottles of water are provided in the rooms. Please note the bedrooms do not have tea and coffee making facilities. Tea and coffee can be served on request in the drawing room.

DRESS CODE
Whilst there is no set dress code you may wish to wear something a little smarter for the evening meals in keeping with the historic surroundings.

In an emergency, please contact one of your Tour Leaders. Contact details will be provided closer to departure.

END OF STAY QUESTIONNAIRE
We are always looking for ways to improve our holidays and the services provided and in order to do this we welcome feedback from our guests. Your comments are important to us therefore we request that you complete the questionnaire that will be provided to you by your Tour Leader.

HOUSEKEEPING
A housekeeper will make the beds and refresh rooms once a day.

LIFTS & STAIRS
Crom Castle does not have a lift. There are 18 steps from the entrance to the main hallway and the ground floor living rooms. Most bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessed by the main staircase with approximately 42 steps. If you have any questions regarding mobility requirements for any of the accommodation, please contact our Reservations Department.

LOST PROPERTY
Before you check out, please check your room to ensure you do not leave anything behind. If you discover you have left any items behind, please contact Noble Caledonia directly. If we are able to recover your item(s) we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection and to advise of any associated costs.

PARKING
If you are arriving by car there is plenty of parking available at the castle.

CASTLE INFORMATION
Crom Castle, located in County Fermanagh, has been the historic home of the Earls of Erne for more than 350 years. Nestled in almost 2,000 gently rolling acres managed by the National Trust, the castle is surrounded by the glistening waters of Lough Erne. Accommodating just 22 guests, the castle offers beautifully decorated bedrooms with marvellous views of the estate, together with the charm of a living family home where eleven staff provide a warm and very special service. We have exclusive use of this wonderfully historic castle during our tour, which provides the perfect base for our exploration of Ireland’s North Country and its finest houses and gardens.

PORTERAGE
Castle staff will be on hand on arrival and departure days to assist with taking your luggage to and from your room.

ROOMS
Crom Castle has 12 bedrooms, all individually decorated with fine period furniture and artwork and feature original architectural details with beautiful views across the estate. All rooms feature ensuite bathrooms (except the Apple and Pear Room which has a private shower room across the corridor). Whilst most rooms include a fixed super king-size bed, some rooms feature twin beds. Please see the chart below for room specifications:

SAFES
Safes are not provided and please note the castle has an open-door policy and bedroom doors cannot be locked.

SMOKING
All bedrooms and public areas are non-smoking.

TELEVISION
In order to maintain the period charm of the property, bedrooms do not have televisions. Should you wish to watch TV during your stay, then you should bring a device to stream chosen TV or entertainment via the Wi-Fi network.

TOILETRIES
All bathrooms are supplied with Floris toiletries including shampoo and bath & shower gel. Bathrobes and hairdryers are also provided in the bedrooms.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
