Sara Andrews
Travel has always been a passion for Sara. Her father worked as an architect on the Kariba Dam in Zimbabwe and Sara was born there. Her parents used to say, it was because of this the longing to travel is in her blood. In her previous role in the Entertainment and Cruise Industry, Sara worked as part of an onboarding and compliance team. She also recruited and organised guest speakers for cruise ships. Sara is delighted to now be able to combine her love of travel with work, as a Tour Manager for Noble Caledonia. She gained experience with a Heritage Tour company and with a Yorkshire Food Tour company. When not working Sara is a volunteer guide and welcomer at The Manor House, a heritage museum and community space in Ilkley. Once a year she volunteers for the Montane Spine Summer Endurance Race on the Pennine Way, as a checkpoint team member. Sara lived and worked in the USA and Israel in the 80’s and 90’s before returning to the UK to be closer to family. She has travelled widely, in Europe as well as visiting Costa Rica, Australia and South Africa. Now in her 2nd year with Noble Caledonia she enjoys supporting their guests and her desire is to enable them to create their own special travel experiences and memories. Sara lives in Skipton, a market town set in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, with easy access to cultural activities in nearby Leeds and York.
