Geoffrey Heath-Taylor
Geoff is writer and commentator, and the founder and co-presenter of The Country House Podcast - a highly successful podcast on the architectural and social history of country houses; their collections, their gardens and the families who live and work in them. As a boy, Geoff would save up his pocket money to buy Country Life magazine and pore over the architectural history pages. After graduating from university, Geoff secured his first job as an in-house writer and architectural historian for Country Life - a dream job he held for three years. Geoff now advises philanthropists on giving within the arts, culture and heritage space, alongside writing extensively on a range of subjects, including politics, culture, society and lifestyle for magazines and the national press. He has written for The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Spectator and Tatler. He has also featured as a cultural commentator on the television and radio, and as a guest on several podcasts.
