Alice Forrest
Passion for the natural world and the creatures who inhabit it has led Alice on a range of incredible adventures, from researching blue whales in the Indian Ocean to studying seabirds and plastic on remote Henderson Island (Pitcairn). Alongside degrees in Conservation and Marine Biology, Alice is a PADI Divemaster and SSI Freediver and has worked extensively in the marine tourism industry sharing her love of the ocean with others. Currently based on Australia's east coast, Alice has worked in environmental protection for several years. She believes that we protect what we love and that everyone should explore, adventure, and appreciate what this planet has to offer (then use that as a motivation to safeguard it). She loves expedition guiding and sharing knowledge and wild places. When she's not on a boat, driving zodiacs and sharing animal facts, you'll usually find her campaigning for ocean conservation, researching plastic pollution, or swimming with whales.
