Caroline Biggs

Caroline, who is based in Bournemouth, has been working in travel most of her life. After several years as a Chief Purser for Swan Hellenic she joined the Excursion Team escorting excursions and land tours worldwide.

During her time at sea she has sailed with Windstar Cruises, Swan Hellenic and Hebridean Island Cruises.  More recently she has broadened her experience as a Tour Manager on European River Cruises. Caroline joined the team of Noble Caledonian Tour Managers in September 2015.

When she is not working on cruise ships Caroline is involved in charity work, escorting small groups on expeditions.  This highlights Caroline’s passion for experiencing new and exciting destinations and cultures. Her most recent voluntary expedition was escorting a school group to Uganda, assisting at local schools for underprivileged children.

Amongst her favourite destinations are Machu Picchu, the Philippines and Vietnam.
