Itinerary planning with Paul Mildon, Head of Planning & Operations for Noble Caledonia

May 2020

Growing up in Guernsey Paul has a love of the sea which, combined with more than 20 years of working at the heart of Noble Caledonia’s operations and a passion for itinerary planning and discovering new destinations, makes him the ideal person to oversee the deployment of our fleet of vessels.

Following a challenging 12 months in the world of itinerary planning, Paul updates us on the regions that the MS Hebridean Sky, MS Island Sky and MS Serenissima will be visiting in 2021, 2022 & 2023 as well plans for our regular charter vessels and destinations.

Paul Mildon explains how our land tours have evolved and range from cultural to adventure trips featuring unusual destinations such as Guyana and El Salvador.

In this video Paul discusses itinerary planning for our river cruises and how we ensure there is something for everyone from relaxing European river cruises to music or wine themed cruises or voyages further afield along the Brahmaputra, Mekong and Nile.

In this video Paul explains what goes in to deciding what ship goes where and of the many considerations and challenges that he has to take in to account.
