For those who prefer a more intimate setting, the Chinese-style restaurant car offers booth seating with an ambience of elegance and serenity. Designed to reflect the local culture, this space provides an authentic backdrop for tasting the finest local dishes, meticulously prepared by the expert chefs.Each morning enjoy a bountiful breakfast in one of the two beautifully appointed restaurant cars offering a wide selection of fruit, cereals, orange juice and cold plates. Alternatively enjoy a cooked breakfast brought to your table by the waiting staff, all complemented by tea and coffee. A selection of local Chinese dishes are also available at breakfast. For lunch and dinner you will enjoy fine food, great wines and attentive service. The meals are skillfully prepared by the Executive Chef and their onboard restaurant team using the very best ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible.
