    There are a total of 101 staterooms and suites spread over four decks, all benefitting from large windows with outside views. The staterooms range in size from 146 to 184 square feet and all feature two windows, apart from the Category AA Staterooms on Deck 4 which feature three windows and offer direct access to the open-air promenade. The two Owner’s Suites on Deck 3 are considerably larger at 335 square feet and offer a semi-private terrace, queen sized bed, separate sitting area with a sofa bed, mini-bar and five windows allowing for spectacular views of the passing scenery. The staterooms and suites all feature a private en-suite bathroom with shower, climate control, flat screen TV with on-demand films, safety box and hairdryer. Most of the staterooms offer twin or double bed configuration though a small number have a fixed layout.

    The ship uses a public address system to advise guests of all of the important information and activities during the cruise. Announcements can be heard throughout the public areas of the ship and outside the cabins. In case of emergency or drill announcements, the public address system will also be heard inside all cabins.

    CABINS

    There are seven grades of cabins and suites, all attractively designed for your comfort and convenience.

    Owner’s Suite: The suites measure approximately 335 square feet and feature panoramic views, interior and exterior entrances, a semi-private terrace, one queen bed and one sofa bed. They also benefit from a separate sitting area, minibar, evening canapes and a complimentary laundry service. They are located on Deck 3 and have five windows.

    Category AA Stateroom: These cabins measure approximately 161 square feet and include direct access to the open-air promenade. They are located on Deck 4 and have two windows.

    Category A Stateroom: Category A cabins measure approximately 185 square feet. They are located on Deck 3 and have three windows.

    Category B Stateroom: These cabins measure approximately 146 square feet. They are located on Deck 3 and have two windows.

    Category C Stateroom: Category C cabins measure approximately 152 square feet. They are located on Decks 2 & 3 and have two windows.

    Category D Stateroom: These cabins measure approximately 158 square feet. They are located on Deck 1 and have two windows.

    Category E Stateroom: These cabins measure approximately 160 square feet. They are located on Deck 1 and have two windows.

    Please note: the following staterooms have fixed twin beds and are not convertible into a queen-size bed: 103, 104, 320, 322, 345, 346, 347 and 348. Staterooms 101 and 102 have a fixed queen-size bed. All other cabins and suites can be configured either with twin beds or a queensize double bed.

Complimentary (red and white) house wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks are available on board. Complimentary tea and coffee are also available 24 hours a day at the tea and coffee station located in the lounge. Please advise any special dietary requests such as vegetarian, vegan, low salt, low cholesterol and gluten free to Noble Caledonia (in writing) in advance and we recommend that you also reconfirm these with your Cruise Director and Maitre D’ once on board.

    DISABLED FACILITIES

    There is a lift serving Decks 1 to 4. The lift does not service the Observation Lounge & Sun Deck. Guests who rely on the use of a wheelchair must bring their own collapsible chair. An accessible inside cabin may be available on request.

    DISEMBARKATION

    Your Cruise Director will provide you with disembarkation information prior to the end of your cruise.

    DRESS CODE

    During the day, comfortable and casual attire is appropriate. The evenings are smart casual (e.g. shirt and trousers for gentlemen and skirt/trousers and blouse for ladies). Kindly note that shorts are not permitted in the dining room for evening dinner. Black tie is not required.

    DOCTOR

    A medical doctor is available on board 24 hours a day in case of emergency. A fee is charged for any consultations and medication prescribed. Please ensure you carry adequate supplies of any regular medications you may require. If you have any medication which must be kept cold, please contact Noble Caledonia in advance so the necessary arrangements can be made to store it in the fridge.

    ELECTRICITY

    The electrical current in the cabins is 110V and the sockets require a two-pin plug with a round grounding pin (US Current, Plug Type B). We recommend that you bring an international adaptor with you.

    EMERGENCIES

    In case of an emergency, please leave your cabin and follow the instructions given by the Captain and Hotel Manager. We request that you read the safety instructions on the back of your cabin door.

    FIELD STAFF

    Throughout your cruise you will be accompanied by a Noble Caledonia Tour Manager who will be happy to assist you with any queries or requests.

    GOING ASHORE

    You will have a cabin key for your room that you must keep with you at all times.

    GOING ASHORE INDEPENDENTLY

    When you go ashore individually, please be back on board at least 30 minutes before the advertised departure time of the ship.

    GYM

    There is a gym on board with two bicycles, an elliptical machine and free weights.

    HEALTH & HYGIENE

    In order to maintain health standards you will find hand sanitisers at key positions around the ship, particularly at the entrance to the restaurant and main lounge. We kindly ask you to use these regularly.

    LAUNDRY SERVICE

    There is laundry service available at an additional charge (excluding dry cleaning).

    LOST PROPERTY

    Before you disembark the ship, please check your cabin to ensure you do not leave anything behind. If you discover you have left any items behind, please contact Noble Caledonia within seven days of disembarkation. If we are able to recover your item(s) we will contact you to arrange delivery or collection, and any costs incurred will be at your own expense.

    MONEY

    The official currency on board the MV Victory ll is the US Dollar. All passengers will have their own ship account, which allows you to sign for purchases and services throughout your cruise. The following payment methods are accepted for settlement of shipboard accounts:

    Victory Dining Room (Deck 1). Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Open hours: 6:30 am to 8:30 pm (time can vary based on embarkation).

    Lighthouse Bar & Grille (Deck 4). Restaurant with panoramic views serving buffet breakfast, lunch and seated dinner (reservations required for dinner) daily. Open hours: 7:00 am till late (for mealtimes).

    Great Lakes Lounge (Deck 2). Enjoy presentations here by the onboard specialists or the sounds from the grand piano.

    Whale of a Tail Tavern (Deck 2). English-style cabin with bar and seating. Open hours: 7:30 am to 11:00 pm.

    Sea View Bar (Deck 5). Enjoy cocktails and sunsets from the Observation Deck bar. Open hours: during lunch and dinner.

    Salon & Spa: Latitude Salon and Spa (Deck 2). Massage and spa treatments available at additional cost. Open hours: by appointment.

    Observation Lounge & Sun Deck (Deck 5). Outside areas with sofas under the pergola or sun lounge chairs available.

    QUESTIONNAIRE

    Your comments are important to us therefore, before your cruise ends, you will receive a questionnaire. We are always looking for ways to improve our holidays and in order to do this we request feedback from our guests. Kindly hand your completed questionnaire to your Cruise Director.

    RECEPTION

    Reception is open throughout the day. Overnight, the reception’s phone will be switched over to the Hotel Manager who will respond accordingly.

    SAFE

    Although there is a safe in your cabin, we recommend that you leave all extra valuables at home, and bring with you only what you consider necessary. Neither the ship, nor Noble Caledonia, are responsible for any valuables left in the cabins.

    SAFETY & LIFEBOAT DRILL

    The safety briefing will take place prior to sailing. All guests must attend this compulsory and important exercise. Please listen for the announcements. During the drill you will be instructed on how to wear and operate your life jacket. Emergency information can be found in your suite/cabin.

    SMOKING

    Smoking is not permitted in the cabins or public areas. Smoking will only be permitted outside in the designated area (Deck 5 aft). We ask everyone to refrain from smoking while on excursions.

    TELEVISION

    The ship is equipped with a satellite TV system with on-demand films available. On certain occasions it may not be possible to receive a TV signal.

    WATER

    We recommend that you do not drink the tap water in your cabin. Complimentary filtered water will be placed in your cabin and replenished daily.

    ‘WHISPER’ AUDIO DEVICES

    During the excursions, we use a personal audio device or ‘whisper’ system. In your cabin there is a charging station with the device and earpiece. Please keep your device in the charging station (and the station plugged in) whilst you are not on an excursion. Bring the sets with you on excursions as your guides will speak to you through their microphone. The use of the equipment will be explained before the first excursion starts.

    WI-FI

    Wi-Fi access is complimentary and available in all public areas on board the MV Victory ll. Due to limitations with satellite bandwidth, internet access is best used for quick email communication and certain websites will be restricted. Internet access is only provided to one device per person. Please note that the connection is dependent on weather conditions and location.

    Great Lakes Lounge (Deck 2). Enjoy presentations here by the onboard specialists or the sounds from the grand piano.

    Whale of a Tail Tavern (Deck 2). English-style cabin with bar and seating. Open hours: 7:30 am to 11:00 pm.

    Sea View Bar (Deck 5). Enjoy cocktails and sunsets from the Observation Deck bar. Open hours: during lunch and dinner.

    Salon & Spa: Latitude Salon and Spa (Deck 2). Massage and spa treatments available at additional cost. Open hours: by appointment.

    Observation Lounge & Sun Deck (Deck 5). Outside areas with sofas under the pergola or sun lounge chairs available.

    QUESTIONNAIRE

    Your comments are important to us therefore, before your cruise ends, you will receive a questionnaire. We are always looking for ways to improve our holidays and in order to do this we request feedback from our guests. Kindly hand your completed questionnaire to your Cruise Director.

    RECEPTION

    Reception is open throughout the day. Overnight, the reception’s phone will be switched over to the Hotel Manager who will respond accordingly.

    SAFE

    Although there is a safe in your cabin, we recommend that you leave all extra valuables at home, and bring with you only what you consider necessary. Neither the ship, nor Noble Caledonia, are responsible for any valuables left in the cabins.

    SAFETY & LIFEBOAT DRILL

    The safety briefing will take place prior to sailing. All guests must attend this compulsory and important exercise. Please listen for the announcements. During the drill you will be instructed on how to wear and operate your life jacket. Emergency information can be found in your suite/cabin.

    SMOKING

    Smoking is not permitted in the cabins or public areas. Smoking will only be permitted outside in the designated area (Deck 5 aft). We ask everyone to refrain from smoking while on excursions.

    TELEVISION

    The ship is equipped with a satellite TV system with on-demand films available. On certain occasions it may not be possible to receive a TV signal.

    WATER

    We recommend that you do not drink the tap water in your cabin. Complimentary filtered water will be placed in your cabin and replenished daily.

    ‘WHISPER’ AUDIO DEVICES

    During the excursions, we use a personal audio device or ‘whisper’ system. In your cabin there is a charging station with the device and earpiece. Please keep your device in the charging station (and the station plugged in) whilst you are not on an excursion. Bring the sets with you on excursions as your guides will speak to you through their microphone. The use of the equipment will be explained before the first excursion starts.

    WI-FI

    Wi-Fi access is complimentary and available in all public areas on board the MV Victory ll. Due to limitations with satellite bandwidth, internet access is best used for quick email communication and certain websites will be restricted. Internet access is only provided to one device per person. Please note that the connection is dependent on weather conditions and location.
