Recipes from the Skys & Staff

In this section we have put together a compilation of our favourite recipes as well as an insight into what goes on ‘Inside the Galley’ of our small ships. Head chef of the Skys fleet, Darren Marchant, shares with us recipes for some of the Sky guest’s favourite dishes on board including delicious canapes, main courses, afternoon tea cakes, puddings and tarts. Inspired by Darren, the Noble Caledonia staff have also shared with you their favourite recipes from their home regions or travels.
