It is not often that we have a hospitality experience so exceptional that I feel compelled to write about it at length, yet my recent trip to Egypt with Noble Caledonia aboard the SS Misr last month was one of those unforgettable, once in a life time experiences. Judith Greasley is an extraordinary cruise director and the entire Traveline team delivered a world class experience with the ultimate in professionalism and the warmth one might expect from treasured friends.
Before this trip I was a bit concerned about safety and security, but to see the wonders of the world was too irresistible to be timid. We felt safe and secure in the most comfortable way and found the team on the ship and on shore wonderful. You can be sure that we will tell all of our friends and colleagues about this experience and encourage them to venture to Egypt with exactly the same itinerary that we enjoyed with the trusted team that took such good care of us. The ship itself was in glorious condition and served as the perfect setting for our exploration. Even the towel sculptures were the most extraordinary we have ever seen - it was surprise and delight every day!
Everything about the food and dining experience was extraordinary. Our every whim was anticipated by the exceptional team on this ship. With the combination of international and Egyptian specialties there was something to please every guest at every meal. This is no small task considering the extensive amount of time we spent on board this ship. Often when I return home from a trip I crave something I missed while traveling, yet this time I craved the foods I knew I would never experience in the same way back home.

I am writing to say how much I enjoyed the Hidden Caribbean cruise aboard the MS Serenissima and to let you know all the staff were superb. I should especially like to praise Neil Horrocks for all his hard work and the little extras he devised. The Zodiac drivers were extremely good in getting the less able ashore and Conrad Weston and John Harwood’s knowledge of birds and plants added to the visits to the botanical gardens and forests. The food was excellent and dining staff so helpful, always greeting you with a smile. As usual the lectures by Sir Michael Burton were not to be missed, extremely interesting and well presented.

I am writing to say how much my husband and I enjoyed this cruise. We had a delightful expedition team who manned the Zodiacs with great skill in all weather conditions and also provided us with wonderfully informative lectures. The cruise director Jannie Cloete was a delightful as ever and kept us all organised and well-informed. We also enjoyed the times when the Captain came down off the bridge and chatted informally with the passengers. The itinerary was varied and the coverage of landscapes, flora and fauna was excellent. We had travelled around Japan aboard the MS Caledonian Sky in Spring 201 and the usual high standards were maintained.

We felt we must write to you to thank Noble Caledonia for a fantastic cruise aboard the Island Sky. This was our eighth cruise and certainly rates as one of the best, perhaps the journey from Easter Island to Fiji may fade it. Please pass on our thanks to all the crew and officers of Island Sky. It always feels that we are coming home and we feel like one of your family. We must also applaud your choice of Tour Operators in Turkey, Egypt and Jordan, they were all terrific and we especially liked keeping the same guides in each country.

I would like to convey a big thank you for the recent "trip of a lifetime" through Vietnam and Cambodia with Noble Caledonia. The organisation and content of the trip were exceptional. The "board and lodgings" at the two hotels and on the boat were truly first class. The local guides in Vietnam and Cambodia were very courteous and knowledgeable, but also a lot of fun. Last but not least, I would like to convey a big thank to our Tour Manager Elaine Weddick, whose calm professionalism and friendliness made the trip so relaxing and enjoyable.

We have just returned from Burma and had the most enjoyable trip, not least because of the amazing RV Thurgau Exotic staff combined with the expertise of Rainer and Carolyn. They really did make the trip totally memorable.

I have just returned from the 'Midsummer in the Hebrides' cruise in the MS Island Sky. I wish to write to you to say how excellent the trip was. Every member of the team made their own significant contribution from their specific field to the great benefit of both passengers and each other. The team worked seamlessly with the Captain to bring the best possible experience to the passengers. Every stop was given a third dimension by the talks, the folklore and the knowledge of the relevant expert, not to mention the good humour that permeated it all. In addition, the Philippino crew were unerringly happy and gracious with nothing being too much trouble. Many of the passengers who have travelled regularly in your ships, and with other lines, commented that it was the best they had ever experienced. The voyage has left all of us with unforgettable memories.
