to Make a Booking |
| 1. Booking Request (checking availability) |
|
Due to the specialised nature
of our tours and cruises, the first step to booking a holiday
with Noble Caledonia is to check availability and this can
be done on-line with no commitment. Your request will be sent
to one of our experienced travel consultants who will contact
you within 24 hours of receiving your booking request either
by email or telephone.
Once we have confirmed availability, we will hold your booking
for five days (less for some special offers or trips about
to depart) before requesting a deposit payment.

| 2. Online Booking Form (complete your
booking form online) |
|
Once you have checked availability with a travel consultant
and taken out an option on one of our holidays you will be
given a Booking Reference Number, once you have this you can
complete your booking form and submit it online.
Please note you will need the following information to hand
in order to book Island Life online:
1. Your Booking Reference Number.
2. The departure date you have booked.
3. The cabin/room category you have booked.
4. The cabin number you have booked (if applicable).
5. The amount of the deposit you have paid (if applicable).
Note: This on-line booking
resource is only available for direct bookings only.
If this is a travel agency booking, please download the booking
form for the client(s) to complete and sign. - Thank You

If you prefer to complete your booking form by hand and fax
or post it to us you may download a copy of our booking form
in PDF format.
