| ACROSS THE BAY OF BENGAL |
We just wanted to offer our genuine thanks for the recent cruise, East of Bali, which we returned from last week. Having never sailed with Noble Caledonia before, we did not anticipate how professional, friendly and helpful all the crew and expedition staff on the Island Sky would be. They truly are a credit to their profession. The trip was outstanding and we were very impresed with the knowledge of the expedition team and the manner in which they carried out everything they did. After experiencing the high quality of the trips you offer, we would be happy to look at another in the future. Thanks again. January 2010 Kevin Lyster & Rosanna Karpa |

| NEW YEAR ON THE DANUBE |
Thank you for the most wonderful cruise we had on the river Danube 28th Dec to Jan 4th. We were looked after so well and everything was done to make our stay wonderful. Angela your cruise manager came out with us and nothing was too much trouble for her, she is a real pro. The journey out and back was on time and there were no hiccups at all. How lucky we were though not to have the strike and of course the snow which came in a huge fall the day after we returned. The trips were amazing value and your managers and couriers seemed to time them to perfection, which cannot be easy. We just adored the concert in Vienna and Saltzburg with the lunch was amazing. Thank you again and congratulations on your competent organisation, cannot wait to see the Danube in summertime perhaps in 2011. I must also mention the boat [Johann Strauss] which was stylish, friendly crew, warm and great food. 28/12/2009 Darryl and Stephanie McDonald |

| ALONG THE RIVER OF GOLD |
Just about got ourselves back to 'normal' after what was a super trip. ....everybody enjoyed the holiday, with the company of the other 14 passengers who seemed to take to us all in the 'janda' group. The scenery was stunning, the food and service on the ship excellent, with comfortable and adequate facilities, also the coach excursions were interesting and informative. | AMSTERDAM TO THE BLACK SEA |
Having recently been a participant in your Amsterda-Black Sea crise, I feel that I must write and thank you most warmly for what was a really splendid experience. The cruise itself was, most interesting and spectacular in every way. The excursions and walking tours were excellently organised in well chosen locations. The restaurant left little to be desired in food and service. August 2009 Anthony J Cooke |

My wife and I have recently returned from our cruise on the MS Yesenin and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed it and how impressed we were with the service from start to finish. A lot of effort has gone into providing such a first class, professional and friendly service and all on board the MS Yesening should be very proud. August 2009 Richard Poulter |

| FROM THE DANUBE DELTA TO BUDAPEST |
We have now been back two weeks from our cruise on the MS Johann Strauss and we felt that we ust tell you how much we enjoyed the holiday. The transfers to and from the ship were quite smooth and relatively stress free. The ship itself was excellent with the staff always helpful and friendly. The on board organisation was set up for British tastes and the all day coffee, biscuits and fruit were much appreciated. Cesar Perez, together with Sue and Sheila, had the organisation of the excursions down to a fine art and although it was a packed program everything went off so smoothly. They were the best organised excursions that we have ever experienced and a pleasure to go on them as we were not even crammed into coaches. We thought that MS Johann Strauss was probably the best river ship that we have been on and we would certainly go aboard again in the future. August 2009 Margaret & Mike Horton |

| BLACK SEA |
Thank you to all at Noble Caledonia for the excellent cruise on The Black Sea. It really was most enjoyable and a real eye-opener to that part of the world as well as the history of the Ukraine and its difficult ties with Russia. ...I must also praise the Ukrainan guides and interpreters, especially Masha, Tasha and Lydia for their cheerfulness, energy, knowledge and presentation. I quite fell in love with them!...I've certainly come away with a wonderful impression of the Soviet Era and Area...This cruise was of the finest as an example of your company and I shall see that I pass on my experience with you. | MUSIC ON THE DANUBE |
It is to your credit that you have a remarkable relationship between your staff and the captain and crew of the 'Johann Strauss' We saw nothing but a seamless relationship between the two. Captain Vasily Mariceanu was about the ship and available to explain all we might ask. The staff in the restaurant were faultless and not once did we have cause to complain or to be critical of them. The food itself was first class and all from that small galley where there is, as you doubtless know, such amazing organisation. We have had a superb holiday, enhanced by Humphrey Burton's enthusiasm for Mozart and all that we experienced of that! We wanted you to know just how pleased we have been with all Noble Caledonia provided. You should be justifiably proud of all that the company's employees do to enhance your reputation. | CHERRY BLOSSOM IN JAPAN |
This was an absolutely fabulous trip, a lifetime experience. Maybe we were just lucky. Indeed we were very lucky. Japan is a fascinating and beautiful place, and was looking at its very best. Where we were lucky was in Phil, of Noble Caledonia, who effortlessly blended together all the participants on this conducted tour into an affable group. Phil had led this tour last year as well, and knew just what would appeal to us all. We were extraordinarily lucky in Alastair, a Director of Inside Japan Tours of Bristol, and who put together and ran this tour for Noble Caledonia. Alastair clearly loved Japan, and enthused about every aspect. He was very informative, and keen to help every member of the group to explore their interests. Somehow he managed to fit together an amazing range of experiences. Whilst moving and staying comfortably across Japan we learnt about Shinto, Buddha, history, Samurai, Hara kiri, Hiroshima. Indeed, how Japan had got to where it is today. But there was more ! We were given an insight into Japan now - the structure of society, the great technology, the motor industry. the railways, the government, the social work/life pattern, housing, the economy. Everything. And we experienced so much of it all. Alastair brought in several local guides to expand our understanding still further. We travelled on Bullet trains, trams, taxis, ferries. How Alastair managed to take us to every sort of eating experience, but only to restaurants where us Brits could sit and eat in comfort – superb ! A real highlight was the Geisha experience, and the ancient art of hospitality, and tea ceremony. We shared in evenings out alongside the rest of Japan I cannot imagine a more successful conducted tour. We were so well looked after. With Alastair’s fluent Japanese any language difficulty melted away. Thank you Noble Caledonia, thank you Phil, thank you Inside Japan Tours, thank you Alastair, and thank you to all involved in providing this holiday. April 2009 Michael and Christine Cecil, and Ann Elliott |

| EAST OF BUDAPEST |
We returned yesterday from a 17-day river cruise on the Johann Strauss. I cannot praise it too highly! All the staff were splendid, the attention to detail remarkable and the service and quality overall was astonishingly high. We shall certainly choose the company again and would be glad to have details of the 2011 Baltic cruises as soon as they become available. Please give our congratulations to the whole team, but especially the cruise director, Cesar and the hotel manager, Stuart Turner, who provided such splendid leadership and an example of hard work and high standards. | UPPER MEKONG EXPEDITION |
Just a note to say how much my wife and I have enjoyed our recent holiday travelling along the Mekong river on the RV Orient Pandaw. The travel arrangements all worked well, arrival arrangements, guides and drivers were excellent. The hotels used were comfortable and generally modern. As to the Pandaw cruise; these are comfortable small river boats, well equipped and staffed. The crew and local guides made the trip a very memorable experience. Thank you for the arrangements, we feel that they represented excellent value for money. 22 November 2008 Ian C. Rowlands |

| POLAR BEAR ADVENTURE |
We have recently returned from the Arctic Circle on board MS Quest and i write to tell you that it was certainly an experience of a lifetime. We were superbly looked after by the four professional guides, and the Captain did an excellent job, managing to find eight polar bears in the tricky pack ice.The rest of the crew were friendly and efficient. The Chef produced delicious meals, and the cabin staff worked very hard. We are recommending this tour to all our friends who seem to think that we are rather adventurous! With very many thanks for showing us such a special place. July 2008 Sonya Scott Graham |

| ROMANTIC DANUBE |
In may this year I had the good fortune to do a river cruise on Viking Europe, Budapest to Prague. It was a fantastic experience in every way. Every single member of the crew from the captain down to the cabin staff were unbelievably efficient, friendly and faultless in what they did. The food was fantastic and wonderfully displayed. All the waiters were efficient, extremely well trained and a joy to be served by......I am taking great pleasure in recommending you to many of my friends. May 2008 Mrs Frances N. Brown |

| DALMATIAN JOURNEY |
The balance of the cruise programme was just about ideal, with a good sea/land ratio. The Clipper Adventurer is a fine, small cruise ship, perfectly suited to our preferences. The captain and all his crew were approachable, helpful and friendly. The open bridge policy is an excellent idea and we were welcomed in on several occasions. This is a happy ship and we were in the company of happy passengers. 26 May 2008 John & Margaret Ridgers |

| AUTUMN IN BURGUNDY & PROVENCE |
'All responsibility was shed – each day a list of ‘instructions’ appeared as if by magic in the cabin – this was backed up by a short message to the cabin just to remind us of time and place’……’I loved ‘parking’ right in the heart of towns – large and small, and being able to walk out and in at will.' November 2006 Rachel Douglas |

| EXPLORING THE GALAPAGOS |
'I have just returned from a Noble Caledonia trip to the Galapagos Islands. Wow! That's all I can say about this wonderful archipelago. Before I left I was worried that it couldn't possibly live up to my expectations but as soon as we pulled up to our first jetty in our Zodiac, and there sat a young seal pup honking as if to welcome us, I knew it was going to be every bit as amazing as I'd hoped!' J. Bennnett, Somerset |

| POLAR BEAR QUEST |
'The MV Stockholm is a terrific little ship and the Captain and crew were all fantastic. We managed to see eight polar bears on very close proximity together with a beach full of walruses, many seals and thousands of birds. We also managed to set foot on the pack ice which was an incredible experience as it breaks up with great regularity and moves at tremendous speed with the wind and tide.' Mrs Rudge, Oxfordshire |
