Niall Johnson Niall belongs to the Isle of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. Formerly a college lecturer he returned to these islands in 1992 to establish his own adventure training centre. A highly respected outdoor professional, Niall has pioneered adventure training in the Outer Hebrides and his knowledge and skills are sought all over the world.
As well as accepting training commissions in, amongst other places, the Arctic, Australia, South America, Russia, Scandinavia, The Caribbean and the Indian Ocean, he has worked in Antarctica since 1997 during the Austral summers where he recruits, trains and leads an advanced powerboat team. He holds five major Instructor qualifications in four key disciplines: Powerboating, Sea Kayaking, Mountaineering and Scuba Diving. |
